Well, it's a rainy day, and it's a perfect time to create a blog to show off my cakes. But first, a little about myself....
My name is Courtney and I'll be 19 on March 15th. I've been baking and decorating cakes (and the occasionally requested cupcakes) for ALMOST a year now. I've never been to any type of culinary school or cake classes. I'm completely self-taught. I really love doing what I do and I hope to be doing this for many, many years to come. I'm slowly, but surely, building up a nice clientele. In fact, I had a baby shower cake finished and delivered today(I'll post pictures soon).
That's all I'll write for now. I'll get the pictures of my cakes up as soon as possible.
